Bud is an avid outdoorsman and is inspired by the natural world. He enjoys working in watercolor and wire doing landscape, wildlife, and scenes of everyday life. Storytelling is a trait passed down to him from his parents and he takes great pleasure in designing compositions that present the viewer with all the elements of a good story or a vivid memory. Lately, he has been spending much of his time-twisting wire.
